NEQSOL Holding Takes Four Brandon Hall Awards, Led by Gold for AI Upskilling

NEQSOL Holding has received four awards at the 2026 Brandon Hall Group HCM Excellence Awards, one of the leading global awards programmes in human capital management. The awards cover the Future of Work, Human Resources, and Learning and Development categories.
The headline recognition is a Gold award in the AI and Future of Work category for the NEQSOL AI Upskilling Program. The award recognises what the group calls a "preskilling" approach: building employees' AI knowledge and practical skills ahead of growing business demand, so that staff can apply AI tools effectively in their own roles.
AI skills move up the agenda
For diversified groups, AI adoption is no longer a question for technology teams alone. Energy, telecommunications, construction and mining businesses are all testing where AI fits into operations, customer service and planning. In practice, the limiting factor is often people rather than software, because new tools create value only when staff know how to use them.
NEQSOL Holding operates in 11 countries across energy, telecommunications, hi-tech, construction and mining. It employs more than 20,000 people and serves more than 25 million customers. At that scale, a structured programme is one way to spread the same skills across very different businesses at the same time.

Meric Tunc, Chief Human Capital Officer of NEQSOL Holding, linked the awards to emerging technology. "Human capital development remains a strategic priority as we equip our people with future-ready capabilities," Tunc said. "This includes developing expertise in emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, while strengthening leadership, professional capabilities and a culture of continuous learning."
A second international award this year
The Brandon Hall awards follow the 2026 BEST Award from the Association for Talent Development (ATD), which NEQSOL Holding received in March for its enterprise-wide approach to talent, learning and leadership development.
Both awards rest on the same learning system. NEQSOL Academy, the group's digital learning environment, offers personalised learning, professional development, mentoring and coaching in several languages. In June 2026 the Academy launched SkillHub, an open platform that gives anyone free access to courses in artificial intelligence, digital transformation, business, leadership, communication and personal development. SkillHub uses content from global learning provider CrossKnowledge and is fully funded by NEQSOL Holding.
According to the group, the other three Brandon Hall awards this year recognise wider parts of the same system, including professional development, upskilling, social impact initiatives and programmes that encourage continuous learning.
What the awards measure
Brandon Hall Group selects winners through a structured evaluation against set criteria, and its Excellence Awards are regarded as a benchmark in learning and development, talent management, leadership development and organisational effectiveness.
The harder test for any corporate AI programme comes after the training: how quickly new skills turn into measurable gains in productivity and service. That question now faces every large employer in the region that is investing in AI, and external benchmarks such as these awards are one of the few ways to compare approaches while the business results are still coming in.
